Can't believe that you guys are actually crying over dying in a bloody video game. If you die, tough luck, go play truck simulator. It's a PVE zone, sure it might not be cool but wait a couple of minutes till that wb goes away and continue farming the pq.

I have farmed Ruin a LOT the past 2 weeks. I have 20 alts with full Ruin (both Order and Destro).

Destro invaded the Eataine PQ a bazillion times while i was there. Order? I only ever saw a WL and Engie a few times (easily dealt with) and a solo DPS AM (even easier to kill him). They didn't return after dying. Nothing like Destro, who have sometimes invaded the Order PQ with half a WB.
And I've farmed Ruin on the Destro PQ when on the rank 41 Hero spawned 2 groups of Order charged in on our PQ.
I've seen AM hiding out of LoS and dotting people up. I've seen a full 6man premade storm that PQ aswell. I've also seen the Order being completly wiped by the lowbie Destro farmers.
So it happens once in a month and suddenly it's equal?
I have farmed Ruin with 8-8 characters recently. Each side took somewhere between 8-12 days, with 4-8 hours a day.
In the "Blind Justice", the most popular Destruction PQ to do where you have a good chance for the gold bags, I have never, ever seen an Order character. Now I don't doubt that occasionally someone tries their luck there, but I had a pretty good sample size to say it's a very rare thing. As is people doing the PQ flagged: I have 2 healers and 2 tanks on Destruction so it's hard to miss PvP flagged players even if you don't specifically pay attention; RvR flagged players are also very rare.
On "Da Orcwerks" PQ, the Order's most popular PQ, Destruction players showed up every day. There was a marauder in particular who kept coming back, I've seen him there at least 10 times every day. Rank 40, in full Mercenary gear and other T4 BiS items, with r38 potions. There were other Destruction players who came to the PQ as well, about 1-2 times a day.
As for the RvR flag - as noted, you get flagged when you arrive in the Eataine warcamp. You have to get out of the RvR area and relog to unflag, or your "alternative" is to fly to DW, which puts you on the opposite side of the DW map from Eataine, so you have to ride across 2 whole zones. Now it's true that you can unflag, but let's be honest - this is a PUG situation. Most people don't bother with such things, especially since probably many of them aren't even aware that it will matter. You also need teammates to complete these PQs unless you have some kind of monster build who doesn't need the Ruin pieces anymore anyways, so you don't get to choose who you support and get flagged for it yourself. And I'm going to say that if Destruction was in the exact same situation Flight Master-wise, they would be all flagged too. But they're not.
This is the reason all those Destruction players come to the Order PQ, constantly, to the point that it's extremely disruptive - if there is no Destruction player chasing your healers around, you (quite rightly) are paranoid about one turning up during a boss fight and so not paying as much attention to the PQ as you should. They don't just go there and stand in the AoE to get the (low rank and poorly geared) Order players flagged that may happen otherwise, they know there will be plenty of low rank flagged players to begin with. They can even come unflagged and pick them off at their leasure. With other words, they are exploiting a weakness in the system they are well aware of.
80% of the players on Destruction side are flagged to.
Stop making this one sided thing, i've grinded Order PQ for hours without interuption and i've been ganked 4 times in a day grinding Destro one.

Do you know how long it takes to get full ruin for people who don't play much? Do you know how active those PQs are at NA time? Sometimes there are only like 3 people doing the PQ. It takes you a while to kill the mobs, and by the time you are about to face the boss some destro show up and do what has been described earlier. Order respawns and hurries back to the boss (they have a timer so they need to kill it quickly) just to find these destro players camping the way from the respawn point to the PQ. After dying a second time, Order leaves/logs off and you have to wait for a while until new people arrive. And hope the same thing doesn't happen again.

Wait a couple minutes, my ***.

Okay. I'm just going to call that the bullshit it is. Go to that PQ and count the yellow names. It's going to be a VERY low number. Most often 0. So yes, it is a very one-sided thing. Stop lying about it not being that.

I've taken two characters through Blind Justice farming, recently. Order definitely comes to that PQ. Simple solution is to unflag and not attack them when they come PQ ganking. It's a pvp game, sometimes you die to other players.

Guys come on, just be reasonable here. You need to get a waiver signed by someone if you want to RVR with them, otherwise its non-consensual pvp, and that's never a joke.

oh camon really all this fuss?

when order roll stopmed 5 times in row ppl at pq instead doing rvr in praag cos that was the only pq where destru could farm ruin no one bothered about, all tought they were the worst finger in the ass if you stay flag then it's your problem.
If there is a bug report it, and it was anyway far from camp the pq how some order done in past.....
You just died and ress to the nearest pve chapter and lost 2 min ONCE lol.

Quality thread.

Its an aspect of the game that you may find frustrating but at the end of the day if you are flagged for RvR you must accept that you can be killed, while it might suck that you may be forced flagged while in a pve area you will just have to get used to it until it can be fixed.

It happens for both sides not just one, A couple of posters here ( unsurprisingly ) have made the point that ganking a bunch of low ranks with a high level group might not be the most flattering look for certain players, but it happens all the time within the lakes as well, so expect it to happen elsewhere. Everyone on this server has done it and will always do it, a kill is a kill, and we see it all the time with groups that would fancy themselves more sophisticated or skilled than others, so we can leave the argument of fighting an uneven battle is the only reason people do this as irrelevant.

quick edit : To those specific people who made the above argument and again derailed this into a I'm better than you :) you know who you are, do not post further in this thread.

That is a funny ass avatar there Epo....

If someone is consistently griefing you, PM them ask em to stop, or inform a GM. If the person responds "hahaha lrn2play nub #grief4life!" take a screenshot and send to a GM.

or you can grow a sense of humor about it, and try to counter gank. This group/people have shown willingness to travel for random hooligans, so search for those players when you login and see if you and a few others can turn the tables...

Tons of ways to handle a situation like this. Can't say that you "shouldn't" go an vent or light some flames on a forum thread cause... Well. Without those the interwebs would be a mighty lonely place...
