Battle fatigue has a purpose, it removes gold from the economy, that its a good thing.

The problem is RvR already had a problem with incentivizing people to play on it, between lack of rewards, cost of fligh masters and siege equipment and how guttered the RvR quests were, most people find themselves losing gold when they play ORvR, this only adds on top of it.

Overall by itself Battle Fatigue is not a bad thing, however in the current state it feels like a kick in the stomach for a lot of players.

As i said, i would rather they start trying to remove gold with AH tax and so on and activate battle fatigue later when there is more incentives to do ORvR for your average pug.

1.RvR wounds debuff is 3 minutes, and only applies if you don't get a rez. If you respawn it will wear off soon enough to play on equal terms again.
2. there's no debuff in scenarios.
3. pve is 15 mins, but if you have problems against mobs with 90% health, then just quit the game and play solitaire.
In rvr this system is likely inrelevant cos the timer it's low enought to not be a burden appart those situation when ppl keep resa inside keep and exit again again again and again which is a good start to fix the problem.

In pve not so much, it can happen pretty often due being solo to suffer death in those zones where the mob concentration it's too high. Quests usually do not require a party to be done, and some classe and lower level suffer this more than other. Also there is no guarante you will find someone to exp with.
This exatly what i said in my previously post, classes like mara have no problems, other? Can have some.
It's also true that some form of punishment is required for death.
Correction to % and money can be done and also the stacking rule

I didn't look if there was a healer inside the SC camps, but if there isn't one there, it would be good to add them. People shouldn't be skipping Qs because of the debuff.

Well, it was unpleasant to realise that debuff, but all in all i have to admit that it encourages team-play:
- 40 sec res-sickness is way better than 3 to 15 min wounds debuff; now everyone starts to love healers for real)
- sad full-tanks that r unable to kill anything in t4 and useless anywhere except sieges, are now especially valued.

So, while inconvinient and annoying ("me wants do da choppin - not finking 'bout 'debuffs'! Erh... wutz dat in da first place O_o"), i think feature is good for game in general.

We could go the DAOC route and have it be a perma-wounds debuff until you visit the Healer.

there is Battle Fatigue?? when the hell did I miss this lol...

I know you get debuff when you are rezzed, but now something stick if you release too?

Maybe it doesn't do that in T1 or I just don't die often enough to notice.
