Came back after many months and ......

...... and i found my account empty of chars.
Why the wipe ? (just curious)
And is it possible please to restore the chars back ?

Character wipes were introduced with the intention of freeing up names and removing inactive characters from the database. Any account that had not logged on after 27th April were effected. This is due to being the earliest point in time where we had the capabilities of tracking active users.
