Launcher issue- solved

after connecting i got this error :

Data.myp:

I then followed the advice on this post viewtopic.php?f=4&t=16950#p185235
and unzipped the file on the WAR folder but then i got this one:

So i tried the solution of this post viewtopic.php?f=4&t=2889#p30158 of the launcher section but when i try this command "lodctr /r" i got this:
c:\Windows\System32>lodctr /r

Erreur : Reconstruction du paramètre de compteur de performance impossible à par
tir du magasin de stockage système ; le code d'erreur est 5
c:\Windows\System32>

So i tried the second command lodctr /e:PerfProc but nothing happened at all.

I tried with the DDL version of the game and the torrent one, i have the admnistrator rights and i disabled the "Read only" on the WAR folder but nothing worked so i post on this forum for some help.
