Invalid Username/Password, despite server being up?

Hi,

Just created this account for my girlfriend, but I can't log in due to "Invalid Username/Password". I don't think the account was created while the server was down, though for whatever reason I cannot currently see any names listed under the forum's "Who's Online" tab. I have changed the account's password twice in attempt to get it into the game's system, but to no avail. Any assistance?

As of some time last night I've suspected a link break between the forum and the game server. I don't know what has possibly caused it.

I suspect this is why you can't log in.

Same for me , just create and invalid id /pass...

So we need wait or you can do something ?

Just created an account and I can't login.
I can login on the forum and I activated the account

The issue has been fixed. You will need to go to user control panel (at the top of the page) and go t account settings. Change your password and it will push you account to the game server.
