Client download issues and troubleshooting

i hve problem with my launcher.
when i connect It closes and a window appears that says windows has detected an error and must close the program.

I have the game going upto where the client is trying to connect to game server? I can pick the server then it says Handshaking..... Loging in.... then I get Login timed out.

Any ideas?

Most likely because your connection times out. Keep trying (close game and launcher and load again) until it does log you in.

The game launches but with no option to play

If you are getting this error message:
Data.myp:
System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not find file 'Warhammer Online - Age of Reckoning\mythloginserviceconfig.xml'.

Try replacing your launcher with this unpacked copy

I have this issue, but the unpacked "copy" in the download link is a .rar and it says I have no program to open it with so I'm a little confused as to what to do with the file. Some help would be very nice.

Im at my wits end now, im a father of two and used to play warhammer..Now both of my sons are old enough to play and we have 3 pcs to bring a great wwaaaaggghhhhh and i just cant get it to work...Its sad because game loads up but before it does theres an error mesg...When game loads up there is no character creation...Ive unticked the read me box on folder..ive unblocked the ror security thing..Just dont know what to do next...It says copy notes to clipboard but i dont know where i can find this information to copy here if i did i could perhaps give you guys a better idea of what the problem is. cheers...vildan
