From a competitive/PvP standpoint I'll always be against player level power scaling, but haven't been able to test anything out yet.
Can kinda already see this being abused by 6 mans that have characters on both sides, allowing them to much more easily turn the tide against unorganized/bad comp zergs. Forcing RvR to become much more coordinated or die in the process? Who knows, and who knows how people will react on this server if they actually have to have a much higher level of organization just to RvR at all. No more join PUG wb and chill, and order will absolutely need to get RvR focused guilds on the same level as PF/Phalanax.
Maybe a lot depends on the community on whether or not this change is played out properly or becomes the teams vision.

One question remains for me:
What is, if you are in a warband but you + ~2 others have to fight at a BO, while the rest kills the keep-boss? Do you get a reward for participating and doing objectives or are only the ones inside the keep rewarded with lootbags?
Because as it sounds you need to defend it untill attacking the boss because if you get a strong debuff you may get erased at bossroom even if there is a good amount of players fighting the boss? Imagine this debuff and from some top floor 3 BW spamm their aoe down while a warband pulls the boss lol

So what is the most a side can have without having issues if they controll all the BO 72?
as I understand it´s 36. up to 36 you have no debuff, but when facing only one enemy with 37 people in the zone you are far above your 200% supply level.
This is a big change and it discriminates large scale battles.

This should be interesting, i can see how it can be helpful. There is def a handful of people on this server that can and will make extreme use of this new system.

This is the worst idea ever. Bomb wbs that deal MORE damage and take LESS damage for underdogs?? Its gonna be impossible or atleast take 10 hours to lock a zone. Not to mention small scale pvp suffers. Good luck roaming on a witch hunter or squig herder or w/e with a debuff on you. Or be terribly op if youre buffed. Thats not fun either. Cant wait for this to be changed back.

Worst idea ever is complaining about something that you haven't even tested out for 30 minutes.
Stop with the theorycraft: get in the lakes, TEST (for a week, at least), and then come back with constructive criticism.

This seems amazing for WH/WE that want to chase the AAO. The damage boost will let the absolutely murder anyone they get a jump on.

Then you don't understand it, all this does is debuff a force that has much greater population than that of their opponent. 1000 to 1 is not a massive battle...as long as the defending player brings players to fight destro and takes BOs than there will never be hindrance.Arbich wrote:

If both realms field 100 players and hold at least 1 BO. No debuff.
