North American 6v6 Night

So, of the back of a few posts from Lucca and chatting to other guilds, as well as, recently been seeing a few more guild premade groups around from both sides during the NA time. I am looking at you lot, The Dammed, Black Library, late night Predonious groups and Teefz + crew (no idea on your guild tags) along with Train Wreck and sometimes Shadows.

Would guilds and groups of friends, be interested in setting aside a night. Either Friday or Wednesday (pushing more Friday) to try and get guild groups on to fight each other and increase the competition in the NA 6v6 scene?

Something like from 8pm Central US time (GMT -5 due to day light savings) time on-wards to give people time to get on sort groups and not be too late for Eastern US and too early for Pacific players?

Hoping to get responses from Guild leaders or officers and people who could pull together friends list teams, because lets be honest, that is really a things these days.

From a purely selfish point of view, 8pm Central Friday would probably be the best for us EU/Praedonius + Fusion. Would love to get involved.

I like the idea of a NA 6v6 event. But i would prefer a NA RvR event, where all 120ish of us (ugh) go to one map, and one map only, and duke it out.

120 is too few to fight on 3 maps, but if we can coordinate and fight in, say Praag, it could bring back some RvR fun for us palying in NA time.

It would be fun once Az gets more RvR updates out that address the problems with attacking at the moment. Otherwise we would just be fighting over BO's, and open field.

Glad to hear, if I can push it back to 7pm Central US time I will try, but alas it is up to the US guilds and what they feel they can achieve in terms of getting players on and forming groups, just have to wait and see.

I personally voted for 8pm US central Friday as well.

Think until NA get self-sustaining us NA players need to come together. Maybe 1 week 6v6, 1 week RvR? That way we need need to be masters of more than one arena? Either way Khorne will be pleased.

This is what I was thinking, if the 6v6 Event goes well, then possibly expand to one each week, i.e. Bi-weekly switching. Then, and then only, if we draw some attention to the events, (after a month) I was thinking to host one event, the 6v6 night and the RvR night each week.

However an RvR night is another topic and I want to generate interest in the 6v6 night first. I will snowball ideas for an RvR event over the next 2 weeks before making a thread.

We aim to (with varying degrees of success) have an active premade every Wed and Fri from about 9:30pm EST

Though we may often get 2-4 people on before that, there are thosr in more pacific timezones that are unable to start earlier than that (9:30pm EST being the really early cusp of being able to field a viable group and not a guarantee of having 6 on yet)

Assuming we can put together a viable group - we are usually game to 6v6 and look forward to partaking in any such event
