While I agree with the DC change, two days seems a little short for a balance discussion, even if removing DC pretty much a no brainer.

DF boosts damage component. Heal is otherwise raw. Arcing Power will read damage dealt.

I really didn't understand why Destroy Confidence was removed. Destro has snare aura, speed run tactic, detaunt tactic, more enchantments than order and you guys remove something that helped order? Remove this damnit snare aura of doks, nerf shaman speed run tactic, remove the automatically detaunt tactic of shamans, then we will start to have a more balanced game.

And so you prove you have no idea what you're talking about, by claiming that Shamans need a nerf.

Leave the topic. If you wish to make a balance complaint, do it in the correct location of the forum.

I disagree with that idea.
Magus and engie works as intended now.
Reducing the CD of these abilities will make the classes more mobile, and that's not what the classes are designed for.
