Is there a list somewhere of what RR abilities are implemented and which don't work?

Seems everywhere I hit the RR trainer some ability I chose last time has been reimbursed and I don't see a message when choosing inactive RR abilites (as I do with Career Abilities that aren't in ).

A search lists endless pages with rants for or against OP abilities but no actual list....
