Too many quests

Cant accept any quest. Error reads too many quests. Dropped all quests and still broken. Tried to add to bug tracker but that's not working. Help pls

Good morning everyone,

got the same issue. Read the patchnote and realized, just 15 quest allowed running.
I have deleted all in my quest-TOK, but unfortunately I am not been able to accept any new one.
And there are several NPCs which have stil a grey quest icon on top,
such if a quest is still running.

I had over 80 quests throughout the month.

Is there any hint, which I am missing.

Having this problem now. Cleared a load of quests. Finished a load, still can't accept new quests.
