If you can manage this, which is not easy when you are under pressure, there are to following possibilities:
1. While on the move cast alternately the lifetap and healing energie. If you have more than one tranquility point cast lifetaps until you have one force point to cast healing energie. Casttimes for BE will be 1,2s (0,9s with tactic) and 0,6s for HE while empowered.
2. Same as above, but you have to stand still at least for Boon of Hysh. Casttime for empowered BoH is 1,2s.
3. Same with groupheals, especially with Expanded control. I haven't tested this enough yet, but it seems to work as well. Blessing of Ishas casttime will drop to 1,5s while empowered. Expanded control makes the healing part of Balance essence an aoe around your def target. You may also try this with Energie of Vaul (I didn't try this yet).
These three things where possible before the changes, too, but they became reliable when the BE changes (willpower contribution and the ability to cast while moving while empowered). I have around 620 willpower and my BE heals around 1800. With a rune priest in group and magical infusion on my def target 3000+ crit heals are quite normal, my max. critical heal was something like 3900. You all can imagine what happens when you are alternately casting it with a healing spell like described above

But:
Besides you have to additionally pick an enemy target which must be in range, it is a very demanding playstyle, as there are other things to consider as a healing AM, too. You can be easily thrown of "balance", you always have to manage your tranquility/force points. Without tranquility points oder with no points at Balance Essence with behave like before the changes (Intelligence contribution). Casting big healing spells with force will take like forever like before.
Healing spells while having tranqulity points are less effective on you which can be a problem while under pressure: You don't want to cast a lifetap on a detaunted target, you have to choose someone ruther away.
All in all I personally like the changes. I my opinion it is a huge buff for healing specialized AMs, although it has some drawbacks, too. The playstyle with lifetap healing is way more complex than without, but my HP/s increased dramaticly.
