can you copy and paste the warhammer folder to another computer

I tried downloading warhammer from torrent along with the launcher and I get this error

I went to my other computer which has a working game (computers battery is not chargine) and copy and pasted the whole warhammer folder onto my zip drive and pasted it to the new computer but keep getting this error. My knowledge of computers is very limited. Can someone possible take me under their wing and show me how to fix this please

You have to remove read as on the WAR icon which is the game.

It sometimes have a block tab selected which aslo needs to be removed.

I removed the read only from the warhammer file and when i tried to relaunch I get this error now. What does this one mean?

Extract these files in your game folder then try to run Launcher again.It should be fixed.Your problem is covered under (Common issues>Launcher section) thread though.

Now i gotta hijack this thread for the same problem, unfortunately i am unable to download the fix from the cloud link, the mirror link in the common issues thread does not work for me too. Funny thing is tho: I get the error message popup, but the game starts anyway. As soon as it´s loaded up there are only the settings and the possibility to quit, i can´t log in or create any characters. How do i fix this if i can´t DL the fix from the sources provided?
