Client download issues and troubleshooting

I am having this error pop up:

Yeah the issue is covered thats true but link doesn't work because high trafic or something like that. Can some1 upload it in normal place?

performance counter rebuild doesnt need a download.

Sorry to be a noob.

Have downloaded the game.
Launch War and it says use the patcher, that's fine.

Try to launch the patcher and I get:
Cannot launch the patcher because either it is already running, or I don't have disc space.

Neither is true.
Are there issued with War running on Win 10?

Any ideas welcome thanks

You need to download the Return of Reckoning launcher and put it in the game folder. The old launcher won't work.
