From perspective of melee healer - I think that today changes went a bit to far in process of nerffing wp/doc. Ok first day of experimental mode was a hit. I was OP totally (one day of glory after years of shame). However, after first day everything came back to quite balanced state. Hence, lowering of heal output of SR to 350% of dmg moved a bit to far. In my opinion 550% worked quite fine. If you consider effectiveness of SR as too big lets try with something between maybe 450%.

What is more important you nerfed repent refresh time what in my opinion is hard blow to my survivability. I don't have too much tools to survive critical situation and spam of cc and focus dmg especially when guard is not available. And currently im first to enemy focus.(trio of BO, WE and MARA is very effective in killing melee healers of any sort, guarded or not)

(btw I have to be sure. Might the OYG aura and Fire Shield break detaunt in RoR? If yes unskilled Knight or BW are rather problem than support for me.

Second thing. New Shield of Sigmar is still to weak to keep it in a rotation. Pls reconsider idea to extend duration of it to 8-10 sek maybe.

I have also additional idea. Im testing effectiveness of M1 DA currently. Its sometimes very helpful but its definitely too short. Might you extend it duration to 10 sek ?

And to all complainers (especially those so hard-core players) adapt to changes or die - choice is yours.

Well all this DOK/WP change is stop players to play heal dok or wp. U make the role i used years long (yeah im bloody rr59, and i played this server with my dok from the time, when the running ability do nothing just the sound effect in t1) not playable, its not just some ability changing (50% armor debuff-i have 1300 atm..... lol). All the player like me, who had a DOK/WP healer need to play in total different playstyle, or fix an other character (yeah after rr59 woud be awesome). And i dont pick my class to hit enemy, and spamm some heal around from my hits. At least its not the way i wanted to play, or i woud fix a dps in the past.
There are many OP class still in the game, they gonna be nerfed probably, but none of them woud be erased or changed so much i guess.

I know most of ppl happy about to play as a dps, but not all of them, and for thoose ppl, just like me this changes are just to much. And now even the M2 ...... why not just erase this classes, really... :)

Something that really stuck out to me with the previous iteration was the ability of DoKs to maintain close to a 1:1 damage heal ratio, and still top the healing charts. Just as an example, I was in a scenario with Ade the other day. I was putting out very similar numbers to him healing wise, but I only managed about a tenth of his damage. I'm not absolutely sure about this, but I suspect that devour essence has a lot to do with it. Either that, or he is REALLY good at stance dancing to maximize both damage and healing.

I know making mirror appeals is generally frowned upon, but if devour essence is an AoE life tap, why can't Sigmar's shield be a life tap thorn shield?

I don't get the complaints about Sigmar's Shield. With SWI up, mine heals for about 250 every time the target takes direct damage. Against melee trains and other fast attackers, that can rapidly add up into 4 or 5k.

Here my thoughts on your changes:

-The reajustment for vitaly semms about right (maybe a bit too strong together with the compleate dmg half) while I still think that the armor reduction of "normal heal" doks/sigmars is too harsch with 50%.

-Good that you decided to not ruin leech heal by adding -20% heal from DF or MI.
I'm okay with doing less dmg than a "real dd" if I can keep the extra utility from the heals via rend sould or transfer essence. A good dok can save his teammates sometimes with it and I think this is what makes the dps dok special and fun to play.

-Good that you reconsidered the "free aoe detaunt" the way you changed it makes the tactic in torture still useful.

-I'm still a bit sad of not having any speedboost like any other meele nor having a 100% uptime slow (40%) I really think that dok should have one of those things too otherwise he will always be lackluster against range comps. This problem got fixed with the speedboost talisman and without you sometimes feel silly esp now when you also loose your SE while chasing someone.

Does this mean that you will be reverting the changes on aura cooldowns to the previous iteration, meaning back to 15sec/5min? Just for clarification on what to expect.
