Howling Gorge- Mounted with the barrel bug or not?

Hi, i would like to know if being mounted with the powder deck in this SC is really a bug abuse, I explain myself:
A few days ago, a GM* told me in this sc (while i was delivering the powder deck mounted) that if i do it again, he will send me to the moon for a while because its bug abuse/exploit.

So then i ask him what should i do if i see someone doing it, he told me "tell me his name and i will talk to him", first problem here is that most of the time, at least the time i play, i type the command ".gmlist" and there are no gms avaibles, at least marked offcialy as gm On (Im not saying that you dont do your job or something, and i understand that you want to play quiet, so im not gonna harass you even if i recognize your character, if you are not marked as "On"), so i took photos of ppl carrying it on mount. Also i spoke with this guys that was delivering it with the mount, but just a few trust me, the others just laugh of me or worst.

Next time i found a GM* avaible i asked him what to do with the photos. "Send it by pm to a GM". Second problem: every GM* to which i send it, just ignored me.

So at this point, you are faced with two possibilities: "**** off" (because there was not the first time a GM surprised me with a rude attitude without prior provocation) or post a topic at the forum.
Every guy i found in this SC is delivering the powder deck mounted, so i ask you, be staff or a simple mortal, What should i do?

Cause, even if its a bug exploit/abuse, i have not seen anyone sent to the moon for this, but most of the people use the mount for deliver it. So i ask you for second time: Should i be a moron and use the flee to deliver it or not?

*I dont think its necessary say the names of this GMs (but if u ask me i have no problems to say it)

i refuse to use the mount when carrying in sc's
it shouldnt be allowed but i guess they need client control to fix this issue

i dont think you should be able to use a mount indoors either.
i think we to voice it a bit more in game,senior players need to explain that its a broken/bug and shouldnt be encouraged

i have never seen anyone policed on this matter,but,then again i wouldnt would i,as i dont do it.

Since it was not allowed on live it can't be client side.
Either they don't know what flags to send to the client, it is not worth the effort, or it is intentional that you can use your mount under any condition. I'd go with one of the latter two.

It happens the same with the salvage part in Serpents Passage SC. Forget that the GM warned me and suppose, as Kalell said, that this is intentional: hunt someone at 60% of speed (with 60% chance of been dismounted when talking dmg), ha! If you attempt to mount when you are carrying some type of flag, you should mount but dropping the flag.

Now if this cant be fixed, at least announce that this is "ilegal", I do not like to take advantage of bugs, but if people do, I'm at a certain disadvantage.
