After the recovery password lost all characters

Hello everyone!
I not have been in the game for about three months, and now decided to return to the game I forgot my password.I restore it and saw an empty account.
The most interesting thing is that my friend just broke off their game for three months, as I do, but the characters he stayed.
It must be some mistake, or my characters have removed a long absence from the game?

We did have a purge of the DB for characters not logged in since March sometime.

If you stopped playing after that fact then double check that you entered the right account details.

Password recovery does nothing to the character DB.

hey guys i seem to lost all my characters on my main account and i deleted my email for that account so i made a new one but i would like to have my character plz and thank you. the email is [email protected]. my new one is [email protected]

We don't transfer characters to different accounts.

i forgot my password to my main account and i delete my email so i cant recover my password.

That's unfortunate.

Maybe if you recreate your email, you could get the password reset sent to it.
