Swordsmaster Build suggestions

Hello fellow SMs
A) I would like to hear your oppions about builds for an offencive and a defencive 2H (C.points , RR , talismans , set items )
B) What would you suggest , Great Weapon Fighting OR Calming winds ?
C) Strength Talismans or Toughness ?
D) Do you Use "Ninth pick" or do you aim for the last RR weapons ? (Its 10% trigger for taunt is +30% damage for 10 sec )
