Retrieving old account

Hello, my name is Koogan. I played Warhammer for years and ended up being banned right before they took the servers down for good.
My question is: is it possible to get my old account back or do you start from ground zero?

Since we have nothing from the original game in terms of server or database there is no way you can get your old account back. I dont know where people get this idea from but when has a private server ever been able to get "live" accounts back?
