They joined other guilds. This reform initiative is quite old.

Then there's me, played a WP called Fastrada, joined Crimson a few months before people started dinging RR80 and enjoyed running with the guys until they switched over to WoW. I stayed behind and continued playing for a while with some of the other guys who didn't switch (think we did a few alliance WBs but the whole alliance couldn't field more than 12 people at the time).

I'm horrible with names but I definitely remember Karast, Raglena, Red, Loco, Sid, Kardinal, and argh so many names I've forgotten...
