It's really weird though that the first time I changed my password,the game responded positively as soon as I chose to connect to the server it said that login timed out.

Can you try this, please. Go to start > search for cmd > run as administrator.

type: ping 31.186.229.135

Do you get a response?

You can talk with the server, which is good. There's something stopping it from running.

Hmm... Add an exception for the game in the firewall and anti virus?
