BG buffs to be more inline with IB?

Have you ever played an IB? In my opinion when it comes to the efficiency of rotations and the value of singular skills IBs are along with BGs at the bottom of the chart. The only saving grace for IBs is that their buffs transfer to their Oathguard therefore increasing the efficiency slightly. Using the word slightly here because not all of the self-buffs are that useful (marginal armor increase over armor pots at best, added willpower does nothing on some careers, the value of toughness isn't that big).

So yet again I feel like an often overlooked fact needs to be pointed out; one of the main reasons IBs are in a better spot compared to BGs is because of how strong BO/Chosen are with their morale pumps.
