Server Offline?

My theory is the third party that manages internet traffic from certain ISP's in based in Amsterdam. They have probably mistaken the packets as torrent traffic and throttled it into oblivion.

Wow used to have the same problem after new patches.

Third times a charm? Sometimes you have to eliminate the simple/obvious explanations when there is a problem.
