email verification

A friend of mine signed up for the game, but can't get the email verification sent to him. He uses Yahoo mail and has tried several times to get the email, but hasn't gotten it yet. He has checked his spam folder. Is there a way around this?

I would guess he spelled the email wrong. We've seen that happen.

I had him try to retry creating an account with his email address and it told him that that email address already existed.

He has tried 4 times now to get a confirmation email. Any other ideas?

I had the same problem with the Cyberpunk 2077 forums and a mod had to work it out before I could use the forums.

My friend is also having this problem. The email is spelt correctly, he's checked spam. trash, gone through the filters - It isn't there.

It just isn't arriving, he's tried resending it too and it's a real bummer xD

If the light could be shone on this unholy problem, we would all be eternally grateful ;P

EDIT: It arrived...after what I think was 2-3 hours! So obviously it was just slow sending!

Instantly sent the activation mail on my test yahoo and gmail accounts.

Hi wargrimnir,

I'm Squigling's friend from post #5 and it took over 2 and a half hours for the confirmation emails to arrive. Also a yahoo email account.

Anyway, as you can see I'm registered now.
