Highly recommend you try AP drain and spec into Sac up to get the 2nd AP drain - PENDING - you have another heal debuff in the group. It doesn't really get ran all that much unless they are going full melee heals and want to have it for 1v1's or just fun. But the torture spec version with only 1 AP Drain still gets heal debuff, I think it only really shines when you use both of them at the same time.

All it relies on is that your group has another heal debuff, but after just a few rotations you can make them chug AP pot after AP pot or make a WL just stand there and AA lol.
