Launcher opening in Notepad

Im trying to download the launcher and it keeps opening in notepad. I then opened it in Utorrent and Bittorrent but it keeps saying not valid bencoding. I also tried opening it with WAR.exe but didnt work. Any1 got any solutions on how to fix this?

Okay now I got it to work. Now it says
