Black screen.

Hi,
I have problem with game. It launches normally but all I see is black screen with buttons. I can't get game to work. After lucky clicking I managed to make character, but after that loading screen appears and game crashes without error message. My specs are: Core 2 Quad Q6600, 4GB RAM, Geforce 9800GT.

Well, tried that solution, but my PC won't handle VM + Game opened at one time :(
