Games Wirkshop lore says: Dwarfs don't ride.

And to that the GMs feel obliged to stay true too the official lore.

There is a point to this, or perhaps alternate mounts in general, that the dwarf mount is horribly loud. The mount effect stats may be identical to others but that noise you can hear from a mile away is certainly a disadvantage for dwarves.

Ive read somewhere that dwarfs, mercs and whatnot did in fact ride ponies

Id be happy with a running with the pack mode too tho AS in lore they Are great marchers

Seems to me a slayer would have an easier time feeding a pony than Tinker with a gurocopter too

Edit: after googling a bit i have not found the source of where i read IT, IT was something about slayer mercenaries riding ponies. Maybe just in my imagination Hehe. Looks like ur right

Packmode is something I also would like a lot. But you need then some kind of glow like on magus. Or else you would get speedhack tickets in the hundreds. :)

Just saying. But I would be ok with copters without the terrible noice. Its makes really hard to execute sneak attacks.

Never say never. Imagine a world with bear cavalry.
