I'm from destro guild NPNB , we have the same problem

There's no point in saying which guilds are claimed to be missing. Just wait for the next server restart and then you can report if the guild is still missing.

Same here, restart did not bring my guild back. guild name - Mother Russia, GL - Golau, Realm - Order

These are all in the DB, they didn't seem to load correctly.

Don't mess around with making new guilds, just manage it as best you can in the meantime.
