cant create character

finally got the thing to actually work, now im getting some really wordy error when i hit connect but somehow it still loads the game but theres nothing there, cant create any characters or do anything besides look at settings

You need to rebuild performance counters.

Do you get any error message from the launcher or from Windows at all when you launch the game?

Any error nessages, all look's fine, but nothing's changes and i can pick chaos tank character, if i clicking many times on screen, but i dont see him - just voices and buttions, i showed on screens... win 10 if it help...
