SW Build questions

what do you guys think of this build?

im not sure if "Fell the Weak" is needed but if i wasnt taking this ability i would just be putting another mastery point in skirmish

another thing "Guerrilla Training" seems good but is it needed? or would "Discerning Offense" be a better choice? or something else all together?

I'm on mobile so I can't see exactly what you're running, but I recommend getting Powerful Draw and Shadow Sting. Both are essential in my opinion. Also it's fine to have a goal of max rr, but spec for your expectations. If you only have rr40 or 50, that's fine. Other than that, I wouldn't take that top Scout tactic. If you can get Powerful Draw, Shadow Sting, Enchanted Arrows, Fester Arrow, AND Fell the Weak, then do it (I don't think you can, so something will need to go). As with anything, test it out! There are other posts about SW where we've covered some of these things.
