can't browse wares

I don't see able to browse wares at any of the merchants in the Ch1 square. When I click on browse nothing happens. Able to look at dyes at the dye merchant though. Any thoughts?

I'm not 100% on this but I think that vendors in Ch1 are pretty much non-functioning overall. Ch2 and forward should work though.

It does appear to just be C1. C2 (grey lady Inn area) onwards all seem fine
