and i Make Sport 5 Times a week My Secret!!!!!
Since my son is Born 4 years ago i sleep every day 4-5 hours nit more
and work 8 hours 1 hours Sport = 13-14 hours so 10 hours for son, wife, home works, Piano, read, what ever And If i have late work iam The whole morning alone
And in my Job i work two weekends per month so that i have in two weeks two times two free days in the week where noone is at home.
I have a simple Philosophie about my live since i have a Familie. And thats Action Action Action
When i come from home i dont Chill or so i take my wife my son and do something cool, go in nature, play, build something, sing or what ever they want after that i have time for myself and do something for me,! You Just need a Struktur who is Making what? And in the evening after dinner and son sleep i Make Sport, play ror, read a book or something..
So i Make Sure that i Make every Single day something with wife and son help a Bit at works that are to do at home But i also Make Sure that i have time for myself and my wife has time for herself where everybody can do what they want!! Thats Essential for me!
Well the fact that i Just sleep 4-5 hours without be tired The whole day is a nice present for me because i have much time for other Things.
