Windows 10 no server/char screen

Hello, I just recently installed clean windows 10 on my laptop, but having trouble to properly get in the game. After entering game there is no server and character list window. I have tried install dx9 launcher several times. I have also tried to uncheck C:(drive) from "read only" same as the game folder. Everytime I turn this off it appear its on again. I also tried share folder, add my self and set full control. I have turned windows firewall off or give RoR launcher an exception. Non of this helped to pass empty screen. Any solutions?

they're few posts here you can review and seek some solution. I make them short and put them here for you to seeking more easy.
1. make sure your web/login account been activated
2. Need latest Net.Frameware
3. remove the Read-Only under properties of RoR folder
4. setup the launcher by run as administrator
5. shut the firewall and anti virus down 5min while you first time run the launcher
6. setup an new rules for your firewall that make RoR launcher can through it after step 5

review all these steps and seek any miss, then try login again
