Re: Warhammer fourth edition!
Nope look Sylvain Gzyl I believed the Warhammer universe was destroyed in the timeline of Warhammer Battle ?
Cubicle 7 Entertainment That is correct!
Sylvain Gzyl So When is supposed to take place the new edition in the timeline ? In the old universe, or in the new one ?
Cubicle 7 Entertainment It's happening in the Old World - many Games Workshop games since the End Times are set in the Old World.

Re: Warhammer fourth edition!
They say they build it on the second edition.
3rd Edition was my favourite system and we played years in it.
Even though I will buy every book they produce.

Full Gallery of Dwarf Weapons and where to find them.
Howto - Reduce Lag, Crashes, Disconects.
Re: Warhammer fourth edition!
That'd be very interesting... I tried WFRP a long time ago... didn't have a Warhammer fan club for a group, so it was just boring... lost my taste for it after that. Will be interesting to see what they do.

Re: Warhammer fourth edition!
I'm very excited for this. WFRP 1st and 2nd Edition were some of the best content GW ever licensed/created. The sourcebooks for 2nd edition are still awesome reading today just from a background and artwork perspective. Especially with how 7th/8th edition WHFB went the more "high fantasylol" route and less the "low fantasy with moments of high fantasy" of earlier background, the roleplaying games preserved the true "Warhammer feel" that I still love.
Also, The One Ring is a great RPG, and I'm glad to see GW licensing out their IP to competent developers. Also, while Age of Sigmar may be growing on me (Kharadon Overlords are the coolest thing GW has made in years, I admit), I'm super excited to see this is set in the real Warhammer universe and not its successor.

Re: Warhammer fourth edition!
Over my 14 years of WFRP GMing (1st-2nd editions) we never had problems with High Elves, High Elven lore and High Elven PC in parties. There is enough lore and with goodwill, every High Elf can meet her glorious fate in Warhammer!Amidala wrote:My bf totally refused to be Master with 3th edition and damn, the only high elf book it s in!![]()
