Talis - Armor
Tactics - Kind of a tossup other than shield and discipline - they kinda ganked the good tactics and we have no 20% increased healing
RR - Heal crit is really nice for RvR but DoK's healing is severely nerfed on here, we are most just tanky cleanse bots that supply steady heals. Don't pay attention to the numbers at the end of the SC, focus on cleansing as your top priority. I usually have my AOE hot and 5 hots on my entire party when there is a steady fight going. But you can spec into some fun stuff like empowered transfer to melee heal between aoe hots/heals for a little more fun/less mind numbing.

But again, go armor. Armor talis are over performing and are the single most valuable defensive/anything stat for a talisman slot. No other talisman has as much of an impact as armor does. So just get all 124's, sit around 4k armor, grab dodge/disrupt and parry and when the fight gets real, spam essence lash, 2 group aoe heals, essence lash two group AOE heals, and try and get a cleanse and AOE hot off in there pending on the situation. You really just want to be a tanky healer, you'll never heal like a shaman/am as like I said.. DoK/WP healing was destroyed lol. But you can be tankier than they are minus some of the better AM's/Shammy who really aren't fans of dying.

Hope that helps :D - Final note if you are going to be a solo healer in a smaller roam group, make sure you get cleansing winds, and RD, and also dump some points into heal crit as your heals really don't burst heal anyone at all and that can help quite a bit. Otherwise, gear + base 10% is usually enough for proc'n your bubble.
