The event is very very nice...950 Players on server...500 Players in t4... :D
why the event not for one week longer? :D

Because a lot of people - me included - thought: "Ah well, i hate fiddling with Graphics, someone else will do that for me" :)

I guess the event is meant to gauge the impact of changes made to rr/xp gain - vertical progession in general - and the overall health of the community, whilst working on the latter.
I'm sure the data gained with this event will help the devs alot in working out means to alleviate player concerns, working on their framework and find the source of serverside lag/crashes - basiclly a stress test of sorts.

I'd suggest however, that the forums are made relevant via incentives in game; notificatons in regards to event related contests or important balance discussions, in form of quests or screen/chat prompts.

On related notes:
Maybe some pointer towards realm and recruitment forums to faciliate a makeshift lfgtool for those that are getting lost in the littered chats ingame, or that are irritated during offpeak hours (NA).
The best scenario: people that stoppdd logging during offpeak hours find a group on the forums and start to play again.

i couldn't decide which toon to focus, ended up farming ruins and epic Q.
my WL is rdy but missed renown up for other toons.
curious how did other players spent event.

Definitely an incentive for new and old players to check out the game and get some fast rewards. :) Just wondering how many players another event but this time for a whole week would attract...?! Mmmmh... ;P
