What RR abilities doesn't work at the moment?

Afaik:

Not working are:

Regeneration
Last Stand
Futile Strikes
Trivial Blow

Or am I wrong?

Futile strikes work, at least it is visual what you gain.

Be happy Last Stand doesn't work - you'd have the few Slayers that know what they are doing go for the good ol' dynamite fishing approach if it did.
