Empty Login screen and Blank black box on right after 100 logins

I know it says to keep quitting and restarting it, but ive done it over 100 times and it still hasnt worked yet.

im running it with administrator.

all i see is the 4 buttons at the bottom and the blank black box on the right.. does it take 200 times? 500?

Maybe you should try some of the other solutions. Takes more than just running as admin.

.... i have done every single thing listed in the stickys.
i get past the launcher, successfully log in, but all i get is an empty menu screen with the music playing. i am NOT the only one stuck here and i have exhausted all self troubleshooting up to this point

That is a TCP/IP traffic issue, and you should check your antivirus and firewall.
Allow the game outbound connections and whitelist it wherever possible.
Let me know if it has worked.

I have had this same issue the past few days. I have got around it by going into task manger closing out client and restarting PC . may have to do this multiple times but has worked for me .
