For playing single target go with this basic rotation: Ignite, Boiling Blood, Slow Boil, Sear, Nova, Fireball Barrage. This really is just the basic rotation to get the dmg incoming on one timestamp. You have to adjust your skills depending on the class you fight and the situation of course.
