Characters missing after starting game up on different computer

My laptop recently had to be wiped, so in the meantime i used the family computer, now that my laptop is fixed, i tried to play, but none of my characters are showing up? does anyone know why?

Your characters are there. Try closing the game and loading it up again. Then wait a little bit for the models to render. Sometimes the client takes some time to render character models.

well, i mean it goes to "entering the fray" in the right box, and doesnt even go to the character select screen, sorry if i wasnt specific, also says no characters in martyrs square, thanks

Update- it actually goes to "locating Battles" but stops there

nvm i figured out it just said that i didnt have any characters in the server, but they were still there, i just had to go on the server anyway
