Spoiler:
Okay so this is something that I have been pondering for a while. I know the best weapons (for most classes) is the SC weapon. Some classes can use the gutslime weapon, others can use off hand dwarf t4 influence weapon because it is pretty dang good. You might try dual subjugator weapons if you were so fortunate but regardless.
There aren't a lot of people that have full conq, but there are quite a few people who only use 2-3 pc of it or might just use different sets entirely. So I was curious if there could be for maybe 500 medallions some off-spec weapons that could have procs that are not OP in the slightest but maybe offer some more options for solo roaming/small group play.

Spoiler:
300 armor debuff on a melee weapon. It is by far weaker than any ability armor debuffs, but in the 1v1 or 2v2 situation these could be pretty dang nice. I would suggest they don't really have BIS damage/speed on them, but a very useful off hand would be awesome.
Healers - On taking damag 10% chance to heal for 100-150 - in a big fight, I'm sure this could be decent - but give it some sub par stats and make it a good smaller group/roaming type of weapon that if you do happen to be in a smaller fight with less overall damage coming in that it can matter. Kinda like the (merc of duelist set can't remember which) it had this bonus, it wasn't amazing but in a smaller longer fight it actually helped a lot.
non sprint classes - could have a weapon that could proc maybe 5-7% speed increase. Nothing crazy, nothing crazy at all, maybe even put some joke-like stats on them but this could also encourage more RVR play for classes that are primarily more fit for SC's. Sure it could be labeled OP but you can't make it that big of a carrot, however it would be an option to use or swap to in certain situations.

The potential of these are limitless. I know there are a lot of influence items that could be used instead of these. I know that weapons have had their procs changed. The point of this is something that could take very little time in comparison to other things but open a lot of avenues for different itemization without increasing the power gap between under/over geared players. Make them moderately difficult to get, but not insanely hard to get as they really aren't THAT good but moreso situational. I get that ROR is all about having VERY few sets to use, VERY specific stats that you can't really get around because they don't want us to have perfect stats in some cases, they want to make us choose, but variability is still almost nonexistent in most cases. Adding some other weapons with actual effects on them could allow people to use different items based on their playstyle.
Importantly - these will not be OP, but more or less just options. I would hope that things would be taken into consideration for instance DoK/WP - DoK's items should be proc based, WP items should be less based on smaller %'s and more on their effect just being more active since they hit slower. WE/WH - SAME PROCS - Both classes I think need love and this would be a cool thing to let them both get. This is really just to have another reason to get in the lakes and kill people. I would highly suggest any thoughts of RNG with them be removed - as people HATE RNG. Rather progression towards an end goal via medallions would seem more appropriate.
