Login Server issues?

Could not connect to Login server
System.Net.Sockets.SocketException (0x80004005): A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond 46.105.54.77:8000
at System.Net.Sockets.Socket.Connect(IPAddress[] addresses, Int32 port)
at System.Net.Sockets.Socket.Connect(String host, Int32 port)
at RoRLauncher.Client.Connect()


I keep getting this... I looked through the forums but most of everything said the game was up and people could log in.

What I did:



Ran the Launcher without Admin
Ran the Launcher with Admin
Redownloaded the game
Made sure Read-only was unchecked(but it won't keep itself unchecked)
Redownloaded the Launcher


The game worked just fine a week ago too!... someone please help?

There are some issues scince yesterday just wait for the fix.

Their host **** up so the whole thing went down. There is more information on the RoR twitter and facebook page. Apparently if you were logged in before the crash you would stay ingame but you couldn't login once logged out, hence the launcher showing an error message. As the website is up, launcher might work again? Otherwise just keep an eye on the RoR forum/twitter/facebook thingies.

The server is offline. No one can log in, so everyone will have to wait until further notice.

Keep an eye on the forum for now, but it may be some time.
