Scenario Exp Distribution

What is the deal with scenario Exp? I mean I saw the destro won, yet order received more goodies? See below.

500-442. Order had a rank 2 that pretty much negates 5kills from having any reward, and dessie had the 2 highest ranked toons at 14 and 13. Anarchypark is most likely correct. They fought an opponent that had superior RR, so every kill gave a higher reward and the end score was very close.

You see that in T4 quite often. A freshly PLd toon will get 8k+ RR while losing an SC... But they where RR6 to begin with..

Thank you very much for clarifying. I had no idea about the lower levels getting kills and contributing higher rr/exp.
