This "on the same level as opponent" gives some room for interpretation, when it is used on highest altitude of punt?

I can record what I refer to, if necessary. If you get punted, you need to wait until you are on the same 'axis' as your opponent before M2 will go off, iirc.

I agree pounce needed the change, but don't think a blanket nerf in this case is warranted.

When you punt someone off a cliff, then there is no landing for some seconds. Afaik it was originally meant that you can't jump back before you are on the ground. So latency doesn't matter, because you are not on the ground at all.
