Can't log in

So I've successfully downloaded the client and can start the game but then it gets to the login screen and nothing happens. I can press the settings and credits buttons but it doesn't take to the character creation screen or anything else. I've looked for an answer on the forums but most of this tech stuff is complete jargon to me.

Did you download the game through the torrent or the direct download?

Try moving the game folder elsewhere and try removing read only on the Warhammer Online game folder (Right click > properties).

didn't work but i did get this error message about not finding mythic login service

Did you down load the ROR Launcher? You should be using the Warhammer launcher in the folder.
