Client download issues and troubleshooting

well I dled it all agein , but now the game plays but its all on a black screen , so I can hear everything , but not see anything at all ;/ , running out of ideas , shame this holl process could not been more simpler , like when your DLing wow or outher main stream games.

Worth a shot: In your game folder, is there a folder named "user". If so, delete it and try.

I have downloaded via torrent the game, put the ror launcher in the folder all things seems to be fine but when i am starting the game it crashes in the war loading screen!
What should i do ?
