I must admit that I don't understand the fuss over jumping off the Gates. Given that we don't have fall damage down right now because of some Z issues, jumping off is going to be widespread and just has to be dealt with for now.

yeah, im sure your decimator gear is legit, and your bandit's queen too (dat bugged door that is constantly exploited and its not BoP actually).
again, this is an alpha, there are a lot of unpolited stuff. stop complaining about things like this, they will be fixed!
(i also hate the combats bugs,some are abused and some are not but i dont complain about it.)

Me<<= The BEST at riding others' coat tails on my way to medioCRITy (stupid pun ) I wouldn't even be able to claim "half-arse" if it weren't for my guildies and every healer, dps or no, that throws a heal/rez at me.

I do thoroughly enjoy battling Order players who bury me swiftly. You teach me, with great fervor, where my mistakes are made, and then you adapt to my (often paltry) attempts at countering you. Those of you who don't corpse dance on my carcas even if it's your 12th DB on me, I respect a great deal. The few times I've been able to land a DB I feel like Urkel,"Did I do thaaaaat?"

IMO and limited ability, those of Order who simply step in, take me out and move on to next target are the enemies I admire. When I'm focused more than once, or even whole SC, I feel honored that I got your attentions at all. You're arse kickings let me know I've learned a bit more since the last battle. My list is a personal best kind of list. You know who you are, and your respectful attention is reward enough. I got to get off these coat tails at some point, eh?

(These are folks that, even if we nary see eye-to-eye, or have shared harsh words even, that I've great deal of respect in battle prowess and general game/class knowledge for)

Heals: Queleen/Stayalive (she loves me enough to heal me often times more than I deserve. I'm beyond grateful she is who she is to me in my life [plus she's 'nose-to-the-grindstone' player with (almost) no self-agrandizing tendencies <3 ] and is flat out just better at RoR than me).
Close runner's up: (in no specific order) Timber/Dima, Ardz, Morfee, Porkstar, Aeoric, Khaine, and... for the luv'o Pete... I forget the names ... Well, every one of you who've ever tossed me a heal as an attempt to create a 'win' for Destruction. My apologies for not acknowledging y'all in SCs when y'all deserve it, and sincere gratitude for noticing my health bar and healing out of group. Thousandsunny, Ozz (PhantomD), Hunnybuns, Archy (was my shammy, Ashamed, who told him he was epic to battle before I realized I was kissing a Dev's arse ) Telen (a "Demi-god of old" and guru of WAR/RoR whom I've followed since release, 2008-ish), and again my memory escapes me for the AMs who burn me to the ground quite often.

Tank: Ooul/Hittinstuff: there's only a few others I have no problem following into battle and taking suggestions from, no matter the outcome. He has a way of dusting me off and setting me back upright that keeps the anticipation of battle going for hours. He's the MOST patient person, imo, in all of RoR, quick to re-evaluate and realize when tactics must change. Most of all, his integrity at our decision to carry on our 'Destruction ONLY' toon list for Vent (let's face it: NOT knowing what the enemy is doing is probably the quintessential highlight of the game in it's original intent, and the "Red = Dead" philosophy and 'no dest/too much drama/chatter = no Vent for you' rule of his VoIP and ensuring that ideal's integrity' makes him par excellence, imo. Very close runner's up (in no particular order): Phantomdrakes & Thorgrym (awesomesauces), Halhammer, Oneeye, Eiger (sp??) for Order. Rexsaur, Morwar, Zabis, Iamthebiggerest, Clozap, Kye, Tesq... there are others too, i cannot remember atm .

MDPS: Serafina, Lanfair, Nene, Pavlo (if I had half the sack he has I might get to mediocre), Duskull, Thelegend, Dreadsta, Regicyde, Djacwer...uhh, I call him "Djabberwokki" Thanatos, Jaggernaut (kicking arse long before farming his uber gear and still doing so) and Nalgol (can't get better than showing up to t1 live event in 40/100 skin of win), Twyxx, Lucien, and the slayers who run figure eights around me (I know not any of your names, and y'all keep me on my toes... or face down, as it were, making me earn every little scratch I can muster on y'all), Anika, Godswill, Bambi(i), Pocahauntis (sp?), Prostheticarm.

RDPS: Void(RAP)master [<3], Icy, Phyrus <<<<HELP HIM GET HIS MAIN BACK DEVS, PLEASE?<<<, Birdman, Joker, Porkshot, Heetwave, Shy, Keitter, [the blue-dyed guy, lol] Noqq, Mez, Neferkatta (sp?), Gephank, Cc-something (i don't live long enough to catch the name ).

I know I've missed some I admire a great deal. I'm sorry. Your names deserve, imo, to be on this textwall of a list too. My lifelong career idol is Kruelhand, and I often wonder if he's here and the Slayer who originally posted "Keymapping for Efficiency" in official WAR forums years ago: sweet winsauce that is.

In the end, I admire every enemy who hits me hard, taking me out or not. Every one of you keep me grateful that I'm so privileged as to be able to come daily, for many hours a day, to the home away from home I believed I'd never have even a chance to enter again, let alone run headlong into y'all, living the dream that is RoR. Do me a favor, all of ya, both sides? Just don't wake me up.
