Connection problem since yesterday night

Hi guys,

Since this night I cant chose a character. It make a black screen and doing nothing. I've delete and reinstall the game but I still have the problem. I show you a screen, can you help me?

Still impossible to get my character selection..

Anyone has the same problem? Im over 2 hours on the forum and can't find a solution. I cant see any character and it still on "searching for allies" for more than hour .

You're waiting for the server to reboot. Your BG bugged out and took down someone else in the process. The server still thinks it's logged on. Weird stuff.

I tried to make a new account but still have the same problem . So I just have to wait untill the next reboot? Really, I was so happy to play this game again but if I have problem like this and can"t be fixed, I think Im gonna stop...

It's not your account, I tested it just fine. Something went wrong with your install or network connection.

I have a similar problem. At first it was saying that the server was actively refusing access or something along those lines, so i rebooted. Now it brings me to a screen that says that the realm of order is actively seeking players and doesnt show the usual logging info check it usually does.

Started to boot for a hotfix.

Missed half of it, had to do it again.
