Login Issue: only 1 character can't log in

Hi everyone,
it's a couple of days that my main character has a problem with logins and teleports. Logging in always takes 3-4 tries before working (and i often manage to log in into a completly black area where i have to tp away to leave it).
Exactly like in the "technical support sticky": I can reach the character selection screen, and I see my characters there, but when I attempt to enter the game, I'm kicked out after the loading screen.
The strange thing is that the other lvl 1 character can login without any problem.

The main charactes get also disconnected nearly everytime i teleport (using the book or taking a fly).
This was a bit annyoing but i was still able to play the game.
Today, after another disconnect, i'm no longer able to connect the main character (kicked out after the loading screen).

Reinstalling the game doesn't seem to fix the issue.

Do you have any suggestion?

Update: someone suggested that could be a problem with the guild, i dunno why but this could explain why the other characters work fine. I must also say that i joined this guild exactly a couple of days ago. Could it be possible?

Update #2: the problems are gone without guild. So it's probably some kind of issue with that. Ofc i'd like to come back to my old guild, so still need help ^^
